PSCG helps clients with their business or institutional process management (BPM) and business or institutional process improvement (BPI) by improving functionality, reduce turn-around time, including streamlining communication, such as decreasing the number of emails and contact touchpoints between departments and employees as well as the public. PSCG works with clients by ensuring that the buildings and building services meet the needs of the people that work in them. This includes managing building maintenance with things like heating and air conditioning to maintain the working environment. Other activities include janitorial services, property or building management, engineering services, space planning; mail and messenger services; and records management.
PSCG works with clients in administering access control to their property or building, coordinating security arrangements by regulating who or what enters or who and what can be viewed. This task includes physical access control which limits access to offices, buildings, warehouses and physical IT assets, and logical access control system that limits connections to computer networks, system files, and data.
PSCG works with clients in managing the flow of things (goods and services, materials, and equipment) between the point of origin and the point of consumption. This includes the detailed coordination of a complex operation involving many people, facilities, or supplies.
